Product of the Month: NL230 Series, diode-pumped Nd:YAG Laser - High Power
The new NL 230 series provides as complete diode-pumped solid state q-switched laser with very high pulse energy and high brightness. All these features are combined in a compact laser head unit (190x305x165mm), which is advantageous for applications with limited space. Optional temperature stabilized second, third or fourth harmonic generators with separate output ports are also available.
Lasers are designed for applications such as material ablation, remote sensing, measurement, spectroscopy, OPO, Ti:Sapphire or dye laser pumping. |
Femtosecond Yb Oscillator FLINT

Generation of femtosecond pulses in oscillator FLINT is provided by Kerr lens modelocking. The standard repetition rate is 76 MHz (64 – 84 MHz are optional). The oscillator can be equipped with external electro-optical Pulse Picker and electronics allowing selection of a single pulse at repetition rates up to 100 kHz. The typical output power is in the range of 1-2 W (available up to 4 W) and can be actively stabilized by Power Lock. Spectral bandwidth within 10-30 nm (FWHM) allows achieving of the pulse duration of < 60 fs with an external compressor. Piezo-actuator can be implemented in the customized oscillators in order to control the cavity length. FLINT can also be equipped with Carrier Envelope Phase (CEP) stabilization system.

New refractive "freeform" lens GTH-3.6-1.75 for Gauss-to-Top Hat transformation
The beam shaper lens GTH-3.6-1.75 can be introduced nearly at any position into beam path. Even in front of or within a beam expander. It's just to consider that the beam diameter at the position of the shaper is 3.6 mm@1/e². By focusing the shaped beam user can realize homogeneous Top Hat profiles with a size of 3.2 µm/NA. NA represents the numerical aperture of focused beam. Therefore is possible to generate Top Hat sizes in a range of 30 µm to 1000 µm with a single GTH-3.6-1.75 beam shaper lens.
