13.02.2019 | Femtosecond Oscillator Flint with Increased Output Power
The femtosecond oscillators Flint produced by Light Conversion have been redesigned fundamentally. TOPAG Lasertechnik now offers the improved models of this series with significantly more output power. The new Flint FL2-20 delivers 20 W (so far 10 W) while the short pulse model Flint SP is available with 2 W at 40 fs (so far 600 mW).
The oscillators of this series stand out by their short pulse duration of only 40 to 160 fs at a repetition rate of 76 MHz (optionally 60 – 100 MHz) and wavelength of 1035 nm. Optionally, a Second Harmonic Generator and CEP stabilization are available.
Possible applications comprise THz spectroscopy and nonlinear microscopy. Furthermore, the Flint can be used for pumping femtosecond OPOs and for seeding Yb/Nd based ultrashort pulse laser amplifiers. An OEM version is available on request.
