The motorized beam expander series MEX is used to the laser beam diameter (up to factor 8) and to adjust divergence. The wavelength-specific devices stand out by their high pointing stability (< 0.1 mrad) and the compact and long-lasting design. Control software is included. Alternatively, direct programming for OEM integration is also possible.

Compact Motorized OEM Beam Expanders MEX
The motorized laser beam expanders, collimators & beam reducers MEX series is used to increase or decrease the laser beam diameter and to adjust divergence. Standard or custom made beam expanders and reducers have a unique mechanical closed-loop sliding-lens design, ensuring high pointing stability at minimal dimensions.
These variable magnification (zoom) beam expanders and reducers are designed for the required wavelength and each type of our beam expanders has motorized divergence adjustability.
High Power Motorized OEM Beam Expanders MEX-HP
The high power models MEX-HP are designed for use with up to 200 W output power, 500 fs pulse duration and 1 MHz repetition rate.
Beam Delivery System BDS
The beam expanders MEX can be combined with the Motorized OEM Attenuators LPA. Specifications of the BDS series are enclosed in the pdf.

MSTAGE is an industrial 4-axis manual translation stage with locking mechanism. It has sapphire contact pads for prolonged accurate adjustment.
There are four M6x0.25 microscrews for adjusting platform’s pitch, yaw, Y and Z axis. Two microscrews control platform’s pitch and Z axis, while another two control yaw and Y axis. All of them can be adjusted with 2 mm HEX screwdriver.
