M522 - Automated Monochromator / Spectrometer

M522 is a long-focal 522 mm fully automated monochromator-spectrograph with high line quality and low-level stray light. The standard version features two input and two output ports. Optionally, M522 is now available with three output ports and can be completed with the full set of accessories.

Description

Features

  • High aperture ratio
  • Two input and two output ports, optionally 3 output ports
  • Completely automated

Applications

  • Emission and fluorescence spectroscopy
  • Multi-channel spectroscopy
  • Absorption, reflection and transmission measurements
  • Analytical tasks demanding high resolution in the range from UV to IR

M522 is a long-focal automated universal monochromator-spectrograph that is characterized with a high line quality and low-level stray light.

Instrument Configuration

The M522 contains a maximum of two input ports and two output ports. Either a standard input slit is installed on the input port, or an optional crossed input slot. All spectral slits are automated, the width of the slits is software-adjustable. Structurally, the slit also contains a micro-screw and has the ability to manually adjust the slit width. Depending on the modification, the M522 may contain either a turret of four diffraction gratings, or one diffraction grating in the holder.
